4 weeks of Boot Camp $129


No Contracts, No additional Fee’s

Would you like to work out 5-6 days a week?  4 days a week?  Maybe only 2-3?

Variety Sound Good???  Outdoor Women’ s Only Functional Fitness Boot Camp, Strength with Hand Weights & Olympic Lifting, Hiking “TopOut” Adventure, Pure Cardio (Yes, you will Run/Row, get your move on!), CORE THAT! (balance is key this this class), CrossFit Express(30min of pure hard work & fun) and basic gymnastics for adults.

How can a beginner workout with someone that has actively participated for months? We scale every workout to meet your level.  For example a new client will use hand weights and an experienced client will use barbells.  Another example, a new client will do 10 sit-ups and the experienced client will do 20.

The environment is supportive and fun!  We are  women working toward FEELING GREAT, and LOOKING GOOD!!!

CLASSES & TIMES WILL NOT CHANGE for the entire month an easy to understand schedule is below!

Class Times:

Mon,Wed, Fri: 5AM Ahwatukee Desert Foothills Park

(9am class we welcome your kids, you will get fit and they will play) 9am meets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at our CrossFit Gym 500 N 56th St Suite 22 Chandler AZ 85226 (near Home Depot/AJ’s)

Saturdays Meet at 700am at our infoor studio Tribal CrossFit Gym 500 N 56th St Suite 22 Chandler AZ 85226 (near Home Depot/AJ’s)
**Hiking will be scheduled on Saturdays ONLY and we will visit Holbert Trail, Piestewa Peak, Camelback, Picaho Peak***
